Positive: First off I will say this place was super clean, some would call me a bit of a germaphobe and I had not a single complaint about the cleanliness! Perfect distance from food, shops, bike rental shops, and the trails. I wouldn’t change a thing about the location. The property felt very safe and secure. There is a high chance I will try to stay in this exact condo without even looking at other options when I return to Bentonville!

Negative: The pros definitely outweigh the cons but there were a few small things I encountered that made me take away a star. First off, the ceiling fan/light in the master bedroom did not work. Both provided remotes only turned on the guest bedroom light and fan. There was a small oscillating fan provided and that helped but still got a little stuffy at night. The second issue was the TV remote for the living room did not work so we were unable to watch tv in the living room during our stay. The final issue being no provided coffee for the coffee maker. Thankfully there was a Walmart close by so I could go buy my own coffee pods. These were very small inconveniences and should not deter anyone from staying at this beautiful property. Just wanted to make the issues known so staff could fix them. We had an amazing trip and loved the condo!

Positive: Very convenient to downtown, so walking tours were great for all of the many offerings in Bentonville.

Negative: The bar stools are much too tall in relation to the table height so a normal sized adult has to stand to eat.

Positive: Clean and comfortable. Very comfortable King size bed. Nice fluffy towels and good shower pressure. Strong reliable WiFi and smart TVs. Highly recommend as we enjoyed our stay here very much!

Positive: Great location, easy access to some excellent restaurants! If you are into biking this is the place for you, can't swing a dead cat without hitting a cyclist!

Negative: The only issue we had was the clarity from the property management company. Vacasa is kind of hard to deal with and vague with the check in instructions.
